HAPPY 85
Yesterday marked the 85th birthday of Mickey Mouse. Trust me when I tell you he had a great time on his birthday! The details are a little fuzzy at this point, but from what I can remember, the night started out with a few pre-game beers. Then we watched the Warriors destroy the Jazz. We decided to take shots for every 3 pointer the Warriors made... They made 12. One of the last things I remembered was Marvin Williams landing on Steph Curry's head. Then Mickey and I re-enacted the play to see if having someone's full body weight land on your head would hurt enough to knock you out of a game. The last thing I remember was laying my head on the hardwood floor, hearing Mickey laughing above me and yelling, "You ready?! Here I go!!!"I woke up this morning inside a Denny's parking lot with what I can only believe was a once frozen pack of peas taped to my head, wearing two different hoodies, one shoe and one flip flop. Wondering what happened, I checked my texts and photos to see if anything would refresh my memory. This was the last picture taken of the night.
So, I can't say exactly what happened, but I'm pretty sure Mickey Mouse had a fantastic 85th birthday. I'm honored that he chose to spend it with little 'ole me. I can only hope I can still get down like Mickey does when I'm 85.Never ever grow up!- Dru
